We’re leaving for Croatia on Monday, so it’s time to use up all the perishables in kitchen.  Tonight’s recipe (not authentic but pretty good)…….Dutch Pannekoeken!  A great way to use leftovers or perishables…… Pannekoeken Recipe

    So this Pannekoeken recipe – what do I do with the filling stuff 🙂 ? I won’t need to bake in oven – just put dough outside to bake in this Oklahoma heat!

  2. Hi Steve! Just sprinkle the filling(s) on top before baking (recipe now updated to reflect that). No need for an oven! And I thought it was hot here!! Stay cool, my friend.
