Saturday, February 19th

We went to the Geant in Narbonne to stock up on groceries today.  As I pushed the cart up and down the aisles, Craig was smiling broadly.  “What’s up?” I asked.  “Nothing” he replied.

Knowing that wasn’t true, I pressed again.  This time he answered.  “I was just remembering the days when you couldn’t walk through this whole store….and now here you are pushing the cart around.”

I guess that’s true.  Instead of focusing on what I still can’t do, I should remember how far I’ve come.
